Reform of the attic floor of a building constructed in the 1936 located in Diagonal Avenue, next to Francesc Macià square in Barcelona. Integral reform of the apartments that comprises the structural modifications, restoration of the singular elements permitting its cleaning and reparation, and the installations (conditioning, electricity, gas, water, telecommunications, domotic and sanitation), according to a project that combines a modern concept with high quality materials and finishes. The construction of the building is traditional, with a structure of bearing walls and unidirectional framework with concrete beams and ceramic vaults.
