Reform of the main floor and the interior courtyards of a building constructed in the 1910 located in Barcelona’s Gothic neighborhood. Integral reform of the apartments that comprises the structural modifications, restoration of the singular elements permitting its cleaning and reparation, and the installations (conditioning, electricity, gas, water, telecommunications and sanitation), according to a project that combines a modern concept with high quality materials and finishes. Restoration and in some cases reposition of original elements and characteristics of the property, hydraulic floors, coffered ceilings, old carpentries, stained glass and shutters. Restoration of the inner courtyard with the recovery of the socket and the sgraffito. Repair and restoration of other singular elements with a later glazing application and consolidation.
