Reform of the main floor in a historic building built in 1899, located in the central zone of the Eixample neighbourhood in Barcelona. Integral reform of the apartments, including structural modifications, restore of the singular elements that have permitted their cleaning and repair of the installations (conditioning, electricity, water, telecommunications and sanitation). The project has a modern concept with high quality finishes and materials that combine in an elegant and sophisticated way. The restore and in some cases the reposition of the original elements or characteristics of the property, the gallery, old carpentries, windows and shutters (cleaning and projection of dusts of silicates and posterior coating).
